Property NSW, on behalf of Family and Community Services, today announced the sale of the final two apartment blocks on Dalgety Road as part of the Millers Point sales program.
Located at 27-29A and 31-33A, these two-storey federation style apartment blocks feature a mix of two and three bedroom units with verandas to the street and rear yards.
The properties, opposite Barangaroo, and each containing four two-bedroom apartments, were sold via auction by McGrath Estate Agents yesterday.
The final four properties on High Street will today launch to market. 2-4A, 6-8A, 14-16A and 34-36A each contain four two-bedroom apartments and will be marketed by McGrath Estate Agents. The properties will be sold at Auction on 27 June.
The properties, built in circa 1911, are a group of early twentieth century apartments built as part of the post plague redevelopment by the former Sydney Harbour Trust. The apartment blocks feature spacious verandas with ornamental brackets in the Federation style.
